Matcha – a refreshing and delicate white chocolate from cocoa butter with Swiss milk mixed with yogurt and green tea powder.
Matcha is a fine green tea powder that used in the Japanese tea ceremony. The color of the Chocolate comes from the tea itself. The green tea is harvested from tea bushes, usually, four weeks before the beginning of the crop shades. This creates an extremely delicate, dark green leaf. After the leaves are harvested, the tea leaves are steamed, dried and removed from all rough sheet vessels. Then the tea is finely powdered in stone mills.

White chocolate is an ideal flavor carrier and by adding the fine teas from London Tea it transforms into a unique product. The yoghurt powder mixed with the bitterness of tea, the sweetness of the chocolate and the acidity of the lemon create a culinary experience.
